Metal Processing Machine
Shearing machine with capacity of 70 tons capable to cut sheet steel with 1.500mm length up to 4 mm thick. Inclinable power press brake machine with maximum presure of 25 tons, also provided bonding diagram for different tools upon request.
Computerized Numeric Control/CNC turret punch machine to make various shapes for all kinds of plates up to 4mm thick.
Bending machines with capacity up to 100 tons to bend sheet steel with length of 3,000mm and 4mm thick equipped with auto bending facility.
Assembling
In our assembling section, we have several machine for cutting, punching, and bending of busbar and also machines for working on phenolite and plastic sheet.
Neatly formed bundles of wire lie-wrapped or wire duct between somponents. Critechly wire markers provided on of all wires, ratchet type crimping tool used for lugs to meet sprcification. Busbar plated, in house label and holes provided for field connection.

We have various tools and testing equipments such as Protective Relay Test System necessary to install, simulate, inspect, monitor, evaluate, traoubleshoot, repair and refurbish your system.
